When I bought my 2007 SCrew I had Ford OEM dual DVD players installed in the headrests.
This units obviously power on when the truck is turned on, however, this morning it appears as if they are not getting any power as they will not turn on.

Let me know what additional information would be helpful to know to assist.

I did pull the fuse panel and took a look at fuse # 4, as that is the one according to the Owner's Manual that is responsible for "DVD battery power, Power fold mirror".

The fuse looked fine.

Any suggestions on what I can check before having to take it to the dealer for them to check?
