Some have made a tool with an all thread, nuts and washers from Home Depot for about $2.50.

Izzy, I assume you were asking me if I used anti-sieze. It was so long ago so I'm not sure but I think I put it on the threads. I remember the plugs were very hard to get out, made a screeching sound, but all came out in one piece. I was reading the TSB recently to put the anti-sieze on the little silver extention thingie, so I don't know if me putting it on the threads would help at all. Guess I've still got another 18000 miles to figure it out.

Well peeps, I changed them yesterday. A buddy had the Lisle and 6 of 8 spark plugs broke, it was only a 5 hour job. Not bad for my first time.....BUT STILL, I'm sore! lol

No antisieze on threads....only apply to heat shield lightly.
