Does any one know if factory to dealer incentives and holdbacks are applied to Certified Pre-owned vehicles. it seems they would be due to the factory pretty much vouching for the auto, and more than likley the holdback would apply unless the dealership actually outright owned the auto right? which would be unlikely because that would mean they had to use their money and who wants to do that. Gotta buy the wife a new car dont wanna get owned.

No, dealer incentives would apply to new and dealer demos (i.e. ownership never transferred to a customer). Dealers rarely give up their hold backs.
