nope... I don't have any problems with your drivers side heated mirror not working. 
how can you tell its not working in Florida? Do you use it that often?
If one side works but not the other then its probably not a fuse... but check the fuses anyway. Maybe they are on separate fuses? (long shot)
its more likely that the heating element went bad.

It actually got down into the 30s the other morning and I turner the heated mirror button and the drivers side did not work. I miss it up north if that is any constellation.
