Spark plugs and COP question

2006 F150 Lariat, 5.4 gas, 39000 miles.
With all the plug issues I wanted to go ahead and change them before the mileage got high.
All tight as hell and screamed coming out but only one cracked.
I don't know if I did it getting it out or if it was like that. Drivers side rear.
Used PB Blaster.
Now I can send the extraction tool back.

Now I getting "Ignition Coil G Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction".
Would that be COP #7?
