I have HID headlamps with a relay harness no problems with heads or fogs (still halogen)
I just installed HID's in the fogs without a relay harness and the fogs flicker

Do I just need a relay harness for the fogs to fix this?

Anyone with relay harnesses to heads and fogs got any pics on how they installed them?

Do the harnesses online reach to foglights?

yes you need a relay or a relay harness

 

Check your connections, I'm betting you have poor contact at one of them.

I can't think of anyone here who needed a relay harness on their fogs. On the headlamps, it certainly helps, but not fogs.

 

my connections are good. anyone know of a relay harness that is long enough to go down to the foglights from the battery?

 

yeah you need to relay, i just got mine from the same company i got the hids from. it reached fine.

 

ok sorry i dont mean to thread-jack. but i got a question i ordered a new bumper with fog holes. i didnt have fog lights before, i'm ordering the factory fog light assembly. can i have hids? and how can i wire them??
