Transmission help Please

I need to find out how to tell if my transmission is the original or if it was replaced. I think I was scammed. How can I tell. I have the small plate that came off the transmission. its a f150 2004

I went to a dealership that i didnt buy the truck from and they gave me the complete information history on my 06. stuff i didnt even know.
