Question Clunking noise

At about 10K miles my truck was making a clunking noise in the right rear when it was in reverse only.A Ford tech said it was the rear caliper moving around and it was normal.Well,at 69K miles,it seems to be still making the noise and is a bit more pronounced now.Could it be the caliper? Leaf spring? A busted shock? Anyone else ever have this problem?

Sounds like the problematic parking brake issue

I read every reply to that thread and there was not 1 reply that had anything to do with the clunking noise i'm having.
