As for future mods, ill start off by getting the tint and a line x put in. I took my Kenwood DNX7100 headunit out of my old truck now I need to get it put in this one. The problem is now I have the steering wheel controls that I want functional, the shop told me they could do it for $300 (thats parts and labor).... does this sound reasonable?

Nice. I wish I had steering wheel controls. IIRC the Pac Audio steering wheel interface was under 100 bucks for my F150 when I was looking into swapping a new steering wheel in. So that would be $200 bucks in labor which seems a bit excessive to me.

Very nice truck I like too. You gonna keep the wheels that are on it, or swap for new?

Thanks for the heads up I am going to look into this a little more now. They told me the part was whatever price and they wanted something like $40 to program the controls from there.... thats why I did not have it done right then, I wanted to research more.

As for the wheels I am going to keep them for now, there is no curb rash or anything on them. They are American Racing Miran 22's I do not know if you could tell that from the pictures they were taken with my phone. I also really like the silver with black wheels look.

Another thing I forgot to mention is the exhaust tips stick out past the fender and that is something I really do not care for so I need to have a section of pip cut out so they do not do that any more!

Well now I have to one up you! Went back to this same place they wrote up an invoice and told me it would be $618!!!! Went to another shop the guy told me he knocked some labor off and quoted me at $565.

I am getting my Kenwood DNX7100 with Bluetooth and Sirus put in along with steering wheel controls. I forgot to mention the Bluetooth and Sirus before. Does this still seem like a little much? I own everything except the steering wheel control relay thing and the 2008 harness.
