Can someone tell me what this is?
I have a bit of a stumble when I accelerate from a low rpm like 1500 or so and I got a P0171 bank 1 lean code. Did some searching and found that I should check for vac. leaks or clean the maf. I have cleaned the maf and no difference,but I noticed a hissing noise from this thing. Anyone know what it is? PCV related?
