Talking !!Getting another F150!!

I'm excited for monday to get here so I can go pick up my Ford. As you know a few month's back I traded my truck in for an escalade and regretted it ever since. So the escalade is my wife's and I'm trading in our charger on this 08' lariat 4x4 because I'm a Ford guy for life. It's in really good shape being owned by an older couple, it has absolutely no alterations to it and only has 19,500 miles on it. I plan on doing something different with this truck but it's gonna wait a while. I think it's considered whit sand or or something. I just wanted to share my excitement since I wanted to get back into a ford asap.

Well the charger I've had since 06' because I had my F150 at the time but wanted a nice car also. I won't miss the charger though. So I'll have mine and the wife will have hers.

I was just messing with you.

Only me, my gramps and my uncle on my dads side are Ford guys.

My dad loves dodge (hince is older 3500 Dually T.D) My mom has a Jeep (trans out) and a toyota car.

My uncle has a 95 F-150 that is still running strong, its 5 speed with the I-6.
Gramps has a 00 ranger, and my 06 F-150.

My Grampaws brother drives a NEW 2011 F-150 with the 4.6 its a FX4. My his other brother has a older F-150 as well.

my uncle on my moms side works for GM!
And her other brother drives a grand prix.

The side of my family that has money (and doesn't talk us much) is mopar crazy.
They have a all orginal Dodge dart and a new-er 1500 Hemi super-bee ram (when they first came out). Stupid amount of money in it.

Lambo doors, chromed engine, all yellow body with black striping. Yellow/black leather, custom dash.

The truck huals the Dart, so its not a complete wast of a truck.

Well let me clarify, A few month's back I had an 05' SRT-10 and an 06' F150. My F150 was having some mechanical problem's that Ford could not duplicate and could not trace down the cause. I didn't want to chance spending $ on somthing that could possibly not correct the problem so I traded in the F150 and the SRT-10 on a used but reliable ride with low miles(F150 at time had 97,000). I'm not afraid to venture out and try a different brand but in turn I am a Ford guy at heart. I was just simply expressing how I felt about getting another F150 for me. I just had to clarify.

Congrats and welcome back....can't believe you sold that beautiful truck...I would regret that decision as well.

Hope you enjoy the new ride...I think we've all sold cars we regretted getting rid of. I still miss the stang sometimes and will eventually get back into another one (truck's going nowhere though)

Its good to see you excited about your new ride! Make sure you post some pics of it when you get it. I saw a white sand clearcoat Lariat today at a car wash, it looked awesome. I know what you mean by selling a vehicle that you enjoy alot for other reasons. I still wish I can get another cobra someday, I miss cruisin around on a nice day.
