Power Sliding Rear window issue....

Alright so when I bought my truck the power window DID NOT work....and I was '****' my favorite part of the truck haha. So one night my girlfriend was laying across the center console and was like "what does this button do" and she was pointing to the power button and i was like "not ****, its broken" and she presses it and the window OPENS! I am like WTF So it worked for like a week and refuses to open anymore.....whats the deal? Is it the motor or does it need to be greased?

its probably a contact on the switch. mine does the same thing. you should really clean or replace it.

however, in order to get mine to work i rock the switch back and forth really fast and it seems to complete the circuit after a few rocks.

A little thump on the motor behind the rear seat usually fixes it. Do you have the supercrew with the fold down cup holders? If so it is really easy. It not then you have to remove the rear seat which is a PITA.
