Extended cab long box trucks

Did all of the extended cab long box (8') trucks get the HD package, sterling 10.25 rear axle, 4.10 gear ratio 7 lug wheels, or was this a special order package?

My '01, and '03 were both Lariats, and not HD.

Then, for some stupid reason, they made the HD Package, and the evil 7-lug-which caused the Lariat division to disown the whole thing, and YES-Supercab, 8' beds became HD. I have an XLT with as much crap as I could get on it...but naturally, I'm studying how to put in a Lariat cluster, so I can have Climate Control, instead of Manual A/C.

I actually have a '04 f150 scab, 8' box, 4x4, heavy duty package that is a lariat. I understand they made a few at the beginning of '04 perhaps only in the Canadian market (my truck came from Canada). And yes, they put the stupid 7 lug steel wheels on my lariat. I would ove to put some different wheels on but can't find any I like or I'm afraid they'll stick out too far.
Any suggestions?

Centerline makes a wheel for the 7 lug trucks.

On the 97-03 body style (maybe even just the 97-99 models, not sure), you could get the regular half-ton 150 with extended cab and long bed, or you could get the light duty F250 (same body style as 150) with the 7 lug wheels and heavy duty suspension.

Not sure with the 04-08's, but I'm pretty sure most of them are HDs.
