Just like the title says, what to look for when buying a used F-150? Specifically, a 2006 Lincoln Mark LT. Bossman is a few signatures away from owning one. It's already in his garage for a weekend test drive, and he's already cleaned out his two trade ins... The truck looks nice. 4x4, crew cab short bed. All options except for navi. Line X with no scratches, hard bed cover, and a hitch that has never been used. 65K miles. I was going to tell him to get the plugs changed at the dealer, but I think it's a bit late for him to do that...
Anything else to look for?

Also, how do you use the aux on the radio? Is that what you need the PIE adapter for?

yeah you need to PIE kit for the aux...unless...you have the handy dandy input jack on top of the dash.

 

Never to late to get anything from the dealer as long as there are still papers to sign... get the plugs changed by them on their dime.
