Very Pleased! 17.8 MPG!!!

So just wanted to share and compare...

Resently installed an Edge in my truck. Have had very good luck with it.

On level 3 on about a 60 mile trip I averaged 17.8 MPG! 85% highway...

Also on level 3 ran a 0 - 60 in 7.88 seconds & the 1/4 mile in 16.10 seconds @ 83.40 MPH

Much better MPG then I was seeing before around 15 MPG.

0-60 before was 8.74 seconds & the 1/4 was 16.49 seconds @ 88.94 MPH

Before the Edge only things I had done with the truck aside leveling where a Magnaflow exhaust and an AirAid intake with K&N.

Is this about what the rest of you out there have noticed??

I know many say it didn't happen if there's no pics. So I do have some if there's any of you who feel that way. Just didn't load them to PB yet.

I would recommend the Gryphon upgrade and custom tunes if you are running a CAI.

I plan to do just that probably come mid spring.

I got a great deal on my Edge so grabbed it up. Worked out cheaper to do it this way then buy a Gryphon with the custom tunes right off the bat.

Good mileage for a 5.4L. I am averaging 18.3 mpg with a 60/40 split on Hiway/City driving.

See my mods below...

my ultragauge gives me a 13.3 mpg reading ( thats my average from probably around 500miles driven.... So much city driving though like we have so many stop signs around here. But on a recent trip to the river i went 300miles to a half tank. all highway obviously.

and i have a 5.4liter with a k&n "CAI" & flowmaster exhaust
