2005 f150 horn

Ive got a 2005 f150 4x4 crewcab lariat, and ive got a stock horn, and anyone who has an f150 knows what they sound like, well, i hit it the other day and my horn works but its not as loud and its a higher pitch, sound so damn girly i cant stand it haha. Any help? I didnt know where else to post this.

all i can say is check the wires off the horn.

maybe one is cut or something.
one of the horns could be clogged.

if ya wanna make it easier, go to a dealership, find and f150 and blow the horn.

mine does the same thing. its common for the low tone horn to fail before the high tone. The horns have the two pitches to give a fuller sound. When you take the horn out it will have a little "L" or "H" on it.
Ford only sells them as a set but you can get single ones.

have you hit any big puddles or water holes lately? my horn did this to me after driving down a flooded road. it was whimpy for a couple weeks then one day i laid on it for about thirty seconds and the other horn kicked in and i havent had any problems with it since..
