First thing I would do is make sure its not the wear tabs on the brake pads. If its not that, it could be a bushing in the control arm or maybe a ball joint.

x-2 most likely cause pads rubbing rotor maybe time to change pads or you might have minor warped rotor any vibration when brakes are applied and does squeak go away when brakes are barely applied

No squeek when brakes are applied, you can hear it when the truck is moving and accelerating. Im thinking maybe wheel bearings? maybe.

The brake noise they explained can happen when not braking.

i would think its pads and not bearings. i would pull the wheel off and check things out if its the pads they are very easy to change and have the rotors turned.

I would check the IWE system first, does the noise go away if you shift into 4wd?. If you look on the inside of the steering knuckles you will a pretty thick flange that has two hoses coming out of the top and the CV shaft goes into it. If its cracked on around the bottom or the taps are broken off........they need replacement. I've already done the drivers on mine and now the passenger is acting up.

Our trucks don't have u-joints in the front, except on the driveshaft and if his IWE system is working right, it shouldn't be spinning.
