Pics of this years mods
New pics of truck and this years mods
Just a couple of pics that I snapped of the mods that I have done/installed this year and also I had the truck all washed up so I figured I would snap a few of it also.
First are the pics of the AirLift Quickshot on-board air system that I installed a few weeks ago. I dont have any pictures of the compressor because it is mounted behind the rear seat.
Next is a pic of the headrest mounted DVD players.
And finally the tinted 3rd brake and tail lights.

what you can see of the tank from outside the truck

tank from under the truck

and the pics of the truck

looks really nice. especially those DVD monitors. I bought a pair of those last year for $220 and it's some of the best money I've ever spent on a vehicle.
can't believe how shiny your truck is. wish I had the time to do that for either of mine

Thanks guys!
Tylus, your right! The DVD players are probably about the best money I have spent on the truck, put in a movie for our daughter and she is happy!
As for the compressor and how loud it is. I honestly don't know how loud it is inside the truck with the doors closed. I have the compressor on a switch so I can turn it on and off as I wish, which is also mounted inside the center console, and with the 2 gal air tank I can total fill the bags to over 100psi with out the compressor kicking on. This past weekend we were camping and I was fill alot of inflatable toys for the kids, so I turn the compressor on, started filling everything with air and just let the system run until it shutoff on its own then flipped the switch to turn the system off. If I would have installed a system without the air tank I would have mounted the compressor in a different spot, being that with those systems every time that you want to add air to the bags the compressor has to run. But being that I have the 2 gals of air on reserve and can fill the bags off that without any problems and having the compressor kick on, inside the cab seamed like a good mounting location.
