My windshield wipers have been making this noise for a while and it doesn't sound right to me. Anyone else's wipers sound like this? Does anyone know how to fix it?

BTW the truck is a 2008 and the noise is on the down stroke.

If you remove the plastic cowl, you can see the mechanism. Maybe then you can see if something is worn out/broken. Good luck
