I don't believe that there is any difference between a 2007 grill emblem and my 2004 grill emblem. I do not own the 2004 Heritage F150 but rather, one of the first NBS 2004 F150s.

There is a difference on the NBS grill emblems. The 04-06 has one design, while the 07-08 is different. One style has raised FORD letters and the other one is flat.

Are the ovals, 04-08, physically the same size?

Mine was doing this too, I put my patriot decals over them to cover it for now. My tailgate ford emblem is was worse than my front one ever was. Question, is the front and rear tailgate emblem universal? could I just order 2 from tasca and be set??

Is there anybody who has tried to peel the lamination off, then sand down and paint? Or just paint over it?

Wow I thought I was the only one. Guess not. Pretty bad when the logo of the company falls apart. I guess it was a precursor for the rest of the truck which has also started to fall apart.
