Great eBay Find-- Harley Style Grayed Headlights

Hundred bucks plus 20 bucks for shipping for a pair of Harley Style headlights. Not as cheap as doing it yourself, but much less than the $230 / assembly from the dealer.

It could be the flash making them look gray, but if they are then they would be FX2 headlights. The Harley heads are black.

They look good. Go well with the truck.

I'd suggest taking them back out and putting some RTV sealant (clear or black, doesn't matter) around the outside. Just enough to make sure it's sealed up where the two halves of the headlight meet. Better to go ahead and do it now than take a chance and collect moisture in them. Even if they're fine, better safe than sorry. A bottle of RTV sealant is like $5....and they dry overnight.

Definitely. I am in the process of moving, once everything is all settled, I'll pop em' back off, take em inside, ensure they're dry inside in the AC, and then pop em' back on.

There was a tiny bit of condensation in the driver side light when I was driving around tonight, but I attribute that to having it open in the 100% humidity we had here this afternoon. I had trouble getting the light out of the original headlight, so I had the driver side open for about 10 - 15 minutes while i struggled with the stuck bulb. and then struggled getting it on again, the metal clips on the bulbs didn't line up with the grooves, so it took some maneuvering... the passenger one was open for all of like 10 seconds because i waited until the light was out to pull the seal off the opening... I will def. be pulling it out to silicone it, i already have the silicone... I just wanted to get them on there so i had one less box to lug around this weekend.

I had Depo brand gloss black heads and yeah they leaked and crazed (de-laminated clear plastic on headlight front) pretty badly after a year or so, and one side marker lens broke loose in the light. I still need to toss them in the garbage.

Looks good, OP! Good luck!
