Any rubbing on brake cables when lowering rear?

I've tried to read all the threads on removing the rear blocks that I can find. But I haven't read anything about how it affects the rear brake cables. I'm sure I'm way over thinking it but is there anything to worry about? It looks like there is enough slack ( I guess they are made to work throughout the entire range of motion in the suspension) but I was wondering if you guys that have taken out the rear blocks have made any adjustments to your brake cables.

Along the same lines...it sure looks like the drivers side cable on mine is pretty close to the inside of the tire. Anybody with wider tires have any rubbing?

Thanks for entertaining my questions.
