Bed Storage Options

What do you guys do for in-bed storage?

I have a Screw with the 5.5' bed, and a Extang Trifecta Tonneau. I had built an under-seat storage box in the back seat of the cab, but that area is quickly being filled up with all the junk I keep in there.

I'm looking for something to store tools in the bed, and I guess I'm looking for something more substantial than just throwing a plastic toolbox in the bed, and securing it with bungies. I've looked at wheel-well tool boxes, and I'm not sure if those would be perfect, given the fact I have a tonneau.

So, does anyone have any creative bed storage options? If so, post them up!

Since you have a tonneau you probably won't like my option but I love my Leer cap with side tool boxes (see photo in sig.) The boxes can be had with a bin shelf that can be fitted with dividers but I'm glad I opted not to get that in favor of the open, unobstructed space. I can always add a shelf later if I change my mind.

I saw a wheel well storage box posted somewhere recently that was removable and could be swung out for better access. You could get into something like that without removing the tonneau.

I think Knaack (not sure on the spelling, but there is 2 a's) had a drawer system. It's also sold as weather guard. You can google.
