How many times do I have to say this to you lol

BUY A TRAIL TRUCK!!!!! You can get a great base trail truck for the same price as a lift on these trucks.

hahaha, im not talking about serious off roading, just the weekend warriors out there.

i just wanna see some screws off the beaten path.. although to be honest, I dont know if i would take the screw anywhere off road but an open field haha.. Thing is WAY too big to take onto trails..

lol,and that is where most of my wheeling' would be done, in the mud. Iowa doesnt have a lot of trails to go on, the ones that are there are pretty much reserved for jeeps.. So most guys do a lot of mudding, and snow wheeling

well i don't have any pics in action, but i have a screw and wouldn't change a think, i have a short bed which helps, but i have taken this truck on some steep and sharp turns, my brother has a jeep so i go with him sometimes and i have never got stuck... and have had to get him out a couple of times, if you are not going to complain about scratches or brushing up against bushes then get a screw, i take mine huning all the time and have to switchblade through trees and trails and yes i get decent scratches but that is what i bought her for and she cleans up nice.... but get a light color that will help with scratches a ton... sorry wish i had pics but usually when i am out there i don't worry about pics and just think about having fun

Pole Hill Rd here in CO

Moab

I don't do anything too wild...but I have done trails rated 4 out of 5. The S-crew doesn't feel as capable as my '95 Bronco XL did...but the Bronco didn't cruise the same either.

If I had the budget to have yet another vehicle, I'd build a trail truck for trails and a bagged Crew for cruising....it's just not in the cards.

Where is that road, more specifically? I see you're in Longmont. I'm in Broomfield and always looking for new places to go!

yeah, that is true, i had my buddy in my truck and we was freaking out at it and i told him to settle down it isn't even his truck, an i wanted to get to where the elk were so we had to drive a ways then hike the rest.... you will have to post pics of your outings when you get back though, and thanks for serving also...
