Need Help w/ Headliner

I have a 06 xlt screw, how easy or hard is it to get the headliner out of the truck? It appears to me that it would be pretty tough unless I take the back glass out. Any suggestions?

Should be held in by two push in clips in the rear and the a b and c pillar covers and possibly some weatherstripping

The problem isn't how to get it loose. The problem I think is going to be getting it out of the truck. I don't think it will fit thru the door.
