I need a straight forward answer please.

Ok I have a '06 4.6L V8 with 72,000 miles on it and I had 3 cylinders/valves drop over night. No one wants to help and I need a new motor. I need the 5.4 and I just need to know HOW MUCH is a 5.4 Swap and what all is needed.. Ive searched and tried to read over the notes and doesnt make much sense. Please help.

You can swap in a 2 valve 5.4 with no real issues. You could still use the 4.6 computer until you get a proper tune for it. Swapping in a 3 valve 5.4 would be a lot more difficult and it's uncharted territory. No one has even attempted to do either on these NBS trucks. I think you would have to swap in a 4R75E transmission and a 9.75 rear axle if you really want a 3 valve 5.4.
