Help!! Question about controls on steering wheel

I have a 2007 F-150 Lariat, the other day my battery went bad and I replaced it the following day. When driving it I noticed when I tried to use my steering wheel control for volume and tuneing the controls did not work. Prior to battery going bad these controls worked. My A/C and cruise control still work, if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

Thanks

sounds like the radio needs to be reprogrammed at the dealer. the radio is also known to lose the aux input feature as well when the battery is dead/replaced.

Duckman...I have yet to figure it out.

Snowboarder-I think you are right, I had a friend who works for Ford test everything with his computer everything checked out. Told me the radio guy needs to look at it, I have an extended warranty, but do not feel like paying a $100 just for that. So I guess I'll wait until i have something worth while for taking it in to get repaired. Thanks for your replies
