STX rear power windows

Is there a kit for the STX to have the rear windows roll down?

As dumb as this sounds they do roll down. Ford just rolls them up at the factory with a torx bit and leaves them like that. I bought the factory power ones cause there's no way to put a handle on the non power ones

You could go with a Colibri or a similar universal kit, or contact a Ford dealer. I think Tasca has the rear ones for 40-50 each, then you'd just have to figure out where to mount some switches up for them.

i want the back windows to work on my stx!!!

my door panels have a hole there and i didnt know why someone put them there. i bought tweeters to put in the holes. seems like someone stripped the crap out of mine. i was thinking of putting a eightball on a welded stud and see if that works to turn the torx heads. might be to hard to spin. idk. we'll see.

i had an idea of mounting a 10''linear actuator behind rear pass headrest connected to the back sliding window to have a rear power sliding window. that be trick.

id like to see somebody attemt this-any takers???

One of the many reasons I'm glad I bought my STX in '08...came with the Power package. I've done many aftermarket mods to mine, but not having to hassle with any interior electrical components has made my life relatively easy.

Definitely glad my 08 STX came with power accessories from the factory... I did the power conversion on my 06 XL and won't do that again... too much freakin' work
