Please Help. Problems filling up and with fuel gauge

I have a 2007 F150 Screw Lariat and recently, I've had problems filling it up with gas. The pump would stop as if it were full when only 10 gallons had been added. So i would keep adding until i got to $72.00 (the average price i pay to fill up). The same thing happened today, but when i got in my truck and started it, the fuel gauge hadnt moved and the "Low Fuel" Light stayed on. Any suggestions as to what this is or how to fix it?

my bet is that it is a glitch and it will go away on one of the next starts. i have had this happen a couple times with my 05.

today i filled my 06 mustang with it running. never showed the correct quantity until i started it the 3rd time.

Not sure about the pump stopping, but next time you fill up make sure to remove your key from the ignition. I used to leave the key in and the gauge would take quite some time to get caught up. For some reason removing the key will make the gauge read accurately.
