My brother just made up a set of LED bed lights for my 05 Screw with a topper. Nor sure what brand, he got them off of eBay so they came from the far east but good quality. All he had to do is cut to length and solder in the pig tails for me. I just wired them into the oem topper light with a switch. They came with 3m tape and I placed them up under the bed rail, can't see them until they are on.

That looks like a rubber matt on the bottom. I have a dual liner in mine...rubber bottom plastic sides. Wouldn't be to bad to lay on.
