vibration when veering left

ok it seems the left side of my truck vibrates and hums pretty good when i am veering left going anywhere from 30-50 but at highway its not as bad. does anyone know the diagnosis of this? i just got new tires which are balanced and this also happened with my old tires. i thought it was the ball joint but the mechanic said nothing was wrong with them so im out of ideas, any help?

My guess would be a failing bearing as well.

Nope its 2wd, and it sort of feels like a light rub but its not rubbing, and the humming is just a deep hum
