4x4 grinds
hey guys my 05 5.4 grinds when i switch on the fly, for example i will be driving at like 60km switch to 4x4 then accelerate softly(thats how i get it ti switch) then instead of the light coming on it grinds like crazy, like it wants to go in. Any thoughts

Now as why you are switching to 4x4 at 60kph is really not healthy either. First if you are spinning at that speed and switching to 4x4 its already bad enough, 4x4 is engaged while wheels aren't spinning (losing traction). Were you just testing it then or do you do this often?
