So long 04 F-150, Hello 2010 Super Duty

My 04 needed cam phasers and the lifters were messed up so I traded it in. Could not beat the deal on this 2010 F-250. I would have loved a 2011 crew cab diesel but this is more then enough truck for what I use it for.

I kinda miss my 04 already...

Sweet rig. I scoped out the 2011s while dropping off one of our work trucks the other day. I left with a big drool spot on my shirt.

Its a 5.4L just like the 150 was. I was slightly hesitate to go from a truck with a bad 5.4 to another truck with a 5.4 but it seems like they worked the bugs out of the newer motors, plus I have a 5/70,000 power terrain warranty on this truck.

It took having the truck for a full day to realize the cab is about 6" shorter then the F-150 was. I mainly use my back seat for tools anyways so its not a big deal.

I've already got some plans for the truck too. I bought weather tech floor mats today and already looked into the smoked cab lights and mirror lights. Id also like to do a Harley grill/headlight treatment to the truck. Plus by the end of summer I'll have a soft tonno and powersteps.

Oh, and the front windows should be tinted in the next week.
