Hello, If it's here somewhere I can't find it so a pointer would be appreciated.

I need to decipher my Axle/Diff tag.

V 953 J
L73 9 75 4J28

Per that, it is a 9.75 rear with 3.73 limited slip gears. The axle code on the door will also tell you the gears. In your case it should be B6.
