Q with heated seats

I took apart the dash last night and I noticed that the plugs for the heated seat and the back up sensors are there. Does that mean that the seats would be wired door that? Also what about the back up sensors? Is everything there just need to put the sensors in the bumpers?

the heated seat buttons are part of the ac panel on the electronic temp control units....theyre not on the bottom plate that contain the back up sensor, cig lighter and traction control buttons. its prewired in the harness, but you would need to get the back up control module that goes up under the dash that has the speaker....also you would need to run the sensors. not sure if the wiring for all that is there though.
