front and back emblem

I had a thought (which isnt always a good thing). Has anyone used an emblem overlay that is just solid black with the chrome ring around it? I would like to see a picture of it if you have one. Im not quite sure how it would look. any help would be great.
thanks

They are called "overlays". There used to be a company called Patriot Decals that would make them, but Ford made them stop due to copywrite infringment. You could order a Ford overlay in any color you wanted. You can still order overlays from them, but they just can't write "Ford" on it.
