How to replace my dome and map lights?

I was looking in the manual and couldn't find "how" to change the bulbs in my dome light and map lights. I dont want to break the tabs if I force it in the wrong place. Does anyone have like a write-up or instructions (pics would be GREAT) on how to remove the covers so I can get to the bulbs without breaking the tabs?

Thanks,
Dan

Just sqeeze your fingers in between the plastic housing and the headliner and pull down hard but carefully and the whole housing pops out and you will see the light bulb fixtures. There is a website called autoillumination that has every kind of bulbs you will ever need in variuos colors too.

You sure the tabs wont break, then i wont be able to put it back on? sounds a little risky. Is there anyone else that can confirm this? Maybe it'll help to know the truck.... its a 2006 Mark LT w/ sunroof.
