Thats what I was thinking. Lol. But when people started mentioning the aftermarket plugs I started second guessing myself.

I had just read that some have no issues and some do with the champs...not saying that you would have issues...but I know the only issue with the stock ones is them getting stuck and some anti-seize would remedy that....thats my take on it

Buy a set of Champion's and a set of Motorcraft, after taking out the 8 plugs in your engine, you will have a better gauge at what you want to put back in.

Recent stories have documented success, at the end of their 8 hour marathon tune-up.

NGK does not make plugs for the 04-08 3V motors. The late 08's and newer with the redesigned heads are ALL conventional one piece plugs regardless of brand.

You made some kind of mistake looking it up. Again, NGK does not make plugs for a 04 through mid 08 5.4 3v. Not a clue what that plug fits. Look at the picture - there's no extended ground barrel.
