Service Advisors? Help..LOL

Here is my dilemma...I broke 7 of 8 plugs on an 04 5.4 F150 @ 82k miles...I used to the lisle to get 6 of the 7 out. The last one broke the lisle, so I had my buddy remove the passenger side head. After removing the valve cover, my buddy noticed a piece that was broken and said I have a bigger issue now. Here is a few pics of the piece that is broke, which is part of the head. My question is this. Does anyone know the area service advisor/manager that handles goodwill warranties for Florida? I am curious to see if Ford will pick up the tab on this fix as I see it as an issue of cheap parts..Feel free to chime in..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. If you have dealt with the goodwill warranty before, please let me know how you went about it if this applies to you.. Thanks in advance!

Ain't happening - the powertrain warranty on a 04 is 3/36 and you have 6/82.
