Stock F-150 Screw 4x4.. What should I get for it

The Rancho 4" lift is actually closer to 5 inches tall. You can run 35's on the stock wheels using the Rancho lift and use the money saved to buy a programmer and exhaust which you'll want to get anyway. You can always buy wheels later. Just my 2 cent's!

I want to make it more offroad looking, that's why I would rather have more offroad style rims. And I think 4" would be plenty because I sadly do not have the opportunity to take it off road as much as I would like to.

I would suggest the number 1 and 2 mods stated. Completely changes your truck.
