headers?CAI?EXHAUST?
Anyone know of any good headers as far as brand wise/performance, cai too??...and exhaust i want one that drops off right over the back axle but nothing to loud...thanks

You would have better luck in the Exhaust Section.
OBX or Dynatech long tube headers are the best for the 5.4. None exist for the 4.6.
Gotts Intake mod is the best.
True duals, high flow cats, X-pipe, some "straight-through" muffler (Bullets, Magnapacks, Magnaflows, Borlas, Corsas), and 3.5"-4" x 18" tips exiting wherever.
