P0325 Code

It's the knock sensor code, just wondering how hard it is to change or if it could be something else. Thanks for any help or ideas.

It's the sensor itself. Mine sets that code every now and then, usually under load at highway speeds (like 70+ mph with a forced downshift to pass someone).

You've gotta pull the intake to get to the sensor.

Today it was raining a bit and it seems to be getting too much fuel and backfire. If its a nice day once it gets warm it has no power

Did you change it yet? I got this same code but if I clear the DTC it comes back within a few miles. Truck hesitates a bunch too...and the other day the chk engin light flashed...and the manual says thats a miss-fire. My spark plugs have 138k on them too...and I hear a tick tick from the motor that I think is the cam phaser.

Just got the plugs changed today at 133 kms. Seems to be working better, going to get the CEL reset tomorrow. We'll see how it goes...

Reset it yourself by disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes.

Does it drive any different? Does it come with the sensor and wire/plug all in one?

Thanks!

Any update? I finally got plugs changed at 144k. Truck runs MUCH better and the ticking was a plug crossthreaded at the factory and finally had backed out and was like a exhaust leak making a ticking sound. I was getting dtc for both knock sensors too and changed both. I'm still getting the 2 dtc codes for the knock sensors. So what else can it be??? U said something about a clogged cat...can that cause that dtc? Mine might br clogging...I have new high flows I'm about to put on.

I own a 2004 4X4, 5.4 V8. I noticed the P0325 code every time my gas got down below a quarter tank. I added a bottle of "HEET", fuel treatment to remove water, every time I filled up for a couple tanks. I have not had the code again in the last 2 months. I'm guessing it was an Ethanol gas, cold weather problem.
