Lightbulb Lariat SC vs FX2 SC

Both trucks are 07's..and both have 45,000 miles
Lariat - the Gotts mod, K&N filter, SI/DO Magniflow 3" ,oh and freshly changed fuel filter (gas from old looked like choco milk)

FX2 - True duals..

Before all mods, from a dead stop the Lariat would pull by a truck length but after 2nd gear the FX2 would quickly catch and pass the Lariat..end result about 1 truck length.
1st mod to the Lariat was the SI/DO, FX2 by maybe half a fender..then did the Gotts, K&N, and fuel filter.

(This was a 30 punch not dead stop - next time we will go from dead stop and see if Lariat still pulls by a truck length, and if so keeps that distance)
Results...Dead even until 3rd, Lariat begins to pull by half a fender then POOF...The 99 MPH shutdown...But wait!! The FX2 doesn’t shut down at 99 he keeps going. (Mind you at this time we both let off the gas)
I don't see the power increase from the K&N as is advertised, nor do I see any great increase in performance with the Gotts...I will say after the fuel filter the truck had smoother and more responsive acceleration..

1. Exhaust was the best MOD IMO as it basically made the biggest difference..
2. K&N plus Gotts - half a fender increase??
3. Fuel filter no matter worth the change..Maintenance if not anything else.

Do the FX2 trucks come with more HP or not have the 99 mph shutdown?
are they lighter?
