Also rather then stacking the blocks... Is there a single block that will do the same? Or will the shackle take care of this... Are you running the shackle plus both blocks in the rear?
I am not too fond of stacked blocks either, but since the OEM blocks are only 1 5/8" and the ubolts that come with the AS rear block are way beefier than the stock ubolts, I dont mind it so much. I contacted AutoSpring a while back and they can custom cut a 4" and 5" block if needed. Cost is about 150.00. Or you can stick with your 3" block, add the rear shackle for ~$50 and that will give just over the 4" you may be looking for. To be honest, there's going to be some trial and error involved with this...

I'm pretty sure I've read that the Rancho uses a 4 1/2" block which provides 2 7/8" of rear lift.
