2WD Shock Upgrade

Currently running on the stock shocks which have roughly 58K miles on them. I know they are overdue for replacement.

I already have an AutoSpring 2.5 inch leveling kit, so as much as I'd like to get some Bilstein 5100's i don't think its really necessary.

Any recommendations? I replaced the rear shocks recently with Rancho 5000 series mostly because that was what Autozone had in stock at the time.

I've read that basically any shock will be an improvement from the stock shocks but I'd like to hear some opinions.

Also should I look into replacing the coil springs since I'll have suspension taken apart already? Probably going to do a brake pad swap as well.

Thanks

Truck Specs:
2006 F150 XLT 2WD 5.4
2.5 inch leveling kit
Stock 4WD F150 block in the rear

Stock 17inch wheels with 285/70/R17 BFG KM2

Just placed an order for some Blisteins HD shocks, not the 5100. I'll snap a pic or two when I do the swap.
