Pic request!

Hey all, this is prob,. going to be a long shot, but does anyone have a pic of two 04-08 trucks next to eachother, one with the 4" rancho kit and one with the 6" fabtech lift, both on the same size tires?

I know, probably a long shot, but its worth a try!

Theres maybe a inch difference. Rancho lift gets you right at about 5" of lift. You wouldnt even notice it. So you should go ahead and get the
6" kit which is probably the around the same price as the rancho.

I think it would look better black. that blue is played out

Just messin with ya man. Its a good lookin truck. i realllllllllllllllllly like the look of 4x4's with the 4" rancho lift, 35's with 20's, a wheel that has a wide offset. it makes it look like a pitbull imo. short and wide. idk. I think thats the cleaner look atleast. problem is if you get a 4" lift you will have people parking next to yo that have a 5 or 6 inch lift, or maybe like mhockey with like 17" of lift that will make your truck look itty bitty. that pisses me off. to each his own.

Most reputable suspension lifts (not over 6") retain all the factory parameters/geometry of your suspension. It's when you start adding level kits on top of the 6" lift in front that you start really messing up your geometry.

I dont have a picture for you, but i've parked right next to a Rancho 4" lifted F150 on the same size tires as mine (I have 6" Fabtech). The front end of my truck sat about 1.5" higher, the rear of mine sat only about .5" higher (I measured because I was curious hehe). The Rancho kit gives a slight rake, the Fabtech sits perfectly 100% level. All 4 of my wheel wells measure the same height to within a quarter inch. Also my CV angles are as flat as stock. Both are great kits and I was stuck between these exact 2 for months before I decided.

never heard of a wheel with a wide offset before. Maybe a wide wheel with low or negative offset.
