For the passenger side window, does it do that with the passenger side switch as well?
I ask, because it may be the contacts on the driver side switch or something...

I have no clue about the driver side window, bad motor or something?

You may be able to just pop the cover off and clean it with some rubbing alcohol and a q-tip or something, not 100% sure though.

man thats funny.. my passenger side window will do the same as yours sometimes. I will have to hit the switch (on drivers controls) like twice before it rolls up. Doesn't take like 6 times like yours tho...

it comes and goes to be honest. sometimes it will take one or two clicks, sometimes 6 or seven. it has steadily got worst over time though. just wear and tear i suppose.

Here's how you fix it:

Pop your switch out and take the top cover off. Then pop the little rocker switch off (white rocker in pic). It sounds as easy as it is.

Anyways, notice in this picture the contact on the left is semi clean and the contact on the right is nasty:

Get a dremel or something small enough, like a tiny wire brush (i use the soft wire attachment on my dremel) and clean the contact. If yours isn't that bad it might look like this, but you can still see the contact is dirty:

Also make sure you clean the little metal floater contacts (that sit under the white rocker switch). On the bottom of them they will be dirty so run your wire brush on them to. A q-tip and rubbing alcohol also works to get them clean.

That will fix your issue "IF" it's related to the contact switch being dirty.
