Check out my new lights
I really have only one concern at this point - I want 4300K bulbs (I want a stock look, and I am very familiar with color temperatures in the lighting industry). My concern is that Brian is using 55w bulbs. 55w bulbs make perfect sense as you move up the color spectrum, because the higher you move up, the less usable light you are left with (more blue equals less usable light). Color temperature aside, 4300K bulbs will have more usable light than a higher temperature bulb. I worry that 4300K bulbs in the 55w variety will be too bright. I can't imagine that 700 degrees of color variation would make a world of difference, but Brian didn't seem concerned by it. His only concern is that I might feel like 4300K is too yellow. I won't - it's what I want.
Funny - my biggest concern is that these lights will be too bright. Not a bad problem to have...
Yeah ive never seen 4300k 55w bulbs so i cant really compare the 2. All i know is my 5k 55w are like PURE white and bright! So yours might not be to yellow. Sweet yeah brian is a top notch guy to deal with. i go back and forth all the time with him - I love great service.
