Question Those that have removed the fender emblem..

For you guys that have removed the front fender F150 emblems (either temporarily or permanently), did it leave a mark or "ghost" on the paint? And are there holes behind it, or is it just held on with an adhesive?

I'd like to remove mine to give the whole clean, sleek look. If anyone else has done this and has pics of their truck without the badge, I'd love to see those as well!

Thanks!

I removed mine to install painted badges. It was no ghost mark on mine, but my truck also sits in my garage ALOT (I only drive it 3-4000 miles a year). As PJB said there are holes behind the badges. The badges are held on by double sided tape.
