What a day!

Got my under drive pulleys and efan today. Put it all on fired up the truck and was waiting for the thermostat to open to adjust the temp sensor. "Wait a minute", he says to himself, "why is there coolant spraying out of the radiator?" Craptastic!! I put a hole in one of the tubes. I love my life I love my Life.

This all started with a noisy serp belt. My wife is getting a big kick out of this. Her last comment "Is the antifreeze causing the belt to squeak??" Any one want to trade a radiator for a wife with a black eye?

Weld the radiator? i thought you just said you put a hole in the tube. can't you just place the tube? Or was the radiator shot when you looked at it.

Typically you would pinch off both ends of the damaged tube then weld up the open holes on both tanks.

All better now. Daddys happy and the wife gets to live.

Loving the e fan and pulleys. Soooo much more room in there now. So quiet all you can hear is the pitter patter of eight hungry fuel injectors.

NowI have to flash again and see if I get a mileage increase. Getting 6.4 since the I put them on. Adjusting my temp switch and mashing the throttle everytime i take off isnt very green I guess.

How about your wife holding the mods? Or better yet embracing their beauty by modeling for them ;D
